Some helpful hints.......

The BEST results are achieved with photos that are taken outside, on a clear day.
It doesn't have to be sunny, but it definitely shouldn't be raining. LOL!
Indoor shots taken with flash tend to result in red-eye, and although I can correct that to some extent, I'm never truly satisfied with the results in pictures of my own dog.

A close up head shot taken at eye level with the dog is preferred. The dog's entire head MUST be in the submitted picture, ears and all.

If possible, try for a picture without a leash or collar, or at the very least try to keep it low on the dog's neck.

If you're using a digital camera, please set it for the highest quality and largest size available. The better the original picture, the better the final result will be.

Please email photos as ATTACHMENTS, rather than including them in the email.
Scans work almost as well, if you have an existing photo that you'd like to submit.
As a last resort, any photos sent by regular mail will be sent back with your order, in their original condition.

I will send you an email with a picture of the Note Card included for approval before printing.

No charges will be incurred until you have approved the picture of the final product, by email.
